P-spot & The Male Orgasm

Tim Sizemore |

There has been lots of talk about the Woman’s G-spot – where it is, how to find it, and how to turn a woman into putty by using it. However there hasn’t been that much discussion on the male g-spot, and we have a sneaky suspicion that many of you may not even know you have one. The male g-spot, or "p-spot", is the name given to a males prostate – and lucky for you it is easier to find that a woman’s g-spot. We realize that for some of you the idea of exploring this area may be taboo, but if you keep an open mind while reading this, it may just provide you one of the best orgasm’s you have ever had!

Where is the P-spot?

The male G-spot isn’t that difficult to find, but it does require a little patience. Lying on your back and with your legs elevated is generally considered to be the most comfortable position. If you’re still having difficulty reaching the perineum from this position, you can lift your backside further by sliding a pillow or two under your bum.

Once you’ve made yourself as comfortable as possible, start by gently massaging the area surrounding your anus. Most men enjoy having their perineum stimulated, and that can certainly be incorporated into this process. Use the soft pad of your index finger while exploring, and be gentle. As you relax further, lube your finger up and let it gently brush across the surface of your anus. Repeat this move several times, each time increasing the pressure slightly. When you’re comfortable enough to begin probing, you should keep things slow and gentle, taking care to relax your sphincter during the process. Once you’ve come in contact with the male G-spot, you’ll recognize it as a small, chestnut-sized bump situated approximately two inches inward.

How to Stimulate

Remember that comfort is important – have a nice hot shower first – not only will you feel better clean, it also should help you to relax! If you’d like to take that one step further, try using an enema.

Once you’re ready for p spot stimulation, there are a number of methods you can use, if you are a first timer – keep things simple; a finger will be sufficient for beginners. Regardless, you’ll want a good supply of lubrication on hand, and you’ll want the type specifically created for anal play. We recommend Pjur Original Silicone Glide.

It will take some experimentation to discover what works best for you in terms of stimulation. As you prepare to stimulate your P-spot, keep in mind that techniques vary greatly. Some men enjoy gentle thrusting movements, and some prefer intense, constant pressure on the prostate itself. Change it up a little, and keep experimenting until you find what works for you. The key is to give your body the chance to react and respond; take your time, the orgasm is worth it! It’s also important to note that you may not find any of these methods pleasurable during the first exploration, and that’s perfectly normal; you can always try again in the future.

Remember, enjoying anal stimulation doesn’t mean that you're gay; it can give you great orgasms!

What else should I know?

Use Fingers

We’ve already mentioned this one, but you shouldn’t limit this method to solo exploration. Believe it or not, many women enjoy performing this type of stimulation in the bedroom, particularly when the resulting orgasms for their partner can be so powerful. If you’d like to try something different, while she stimulates your prostate, have her give you a blow job.

Use P Spot Sex Toys

If you’d like to combine sex and prostate stimulation, try a classic butt plug which are one of the simplest options available on the market. Butt plugs come in a variety of shapes and sizes, its recommended to start small. You could also try a toy specifically designed for Prostrate Massage.

Use Lubricant

As with all sexual acts, remember lubricant, lubricant and more lubricant! There are many different types of lubes on the market. Usually, with anything anal, we suggest using a silicone lubricant or something designed specifically for anal desensitizing like Anal Eaze. If you do decide to use a toy and it is made of silicone, we suggest staying away from silicone lubricant as it can deteriorate the material of the toy. Try Pjur Back Door Water Based glide instead of the original Pjur Back Door Silicone glide.

We know that a number of you may not be immediately comfortable with this type of exploration – but just remember that it is perfectly acceptable and in no way strange! We see more and more men venturing into prostate play that find it amazing, and state that it leads to earth shattering orgasms! Plus, regular emptying of the prostate prevents prostate cancer. We encourage you to give it a try!
