In-store gift cards are only usable in our storefront at this time, and online gift cards are only usable online at our website (www.intimatesadultboutique.com).

We carry many of the same items in-store as we do on our website, but not all. The more popular products are in both our storefront and online. The fact is websites in our business use a product feed, then the products are drop shipped from a warehouse located in the U.S. This enables us to carry many more products on our website than we can in-store, and also enables us to have better pricing on the web side, which is even better for you as the customer, too.

As a business, we do not have warranties on products, however, the manufacturers have their own warranties. On our website we only offer the manufacturers warranties, while our in-store policy is slightly different. A list of companies warranties are listed below.
