Tips on Finding the Prostate or P Spot

Finding the Prostate on your Body

Finding the prostate is obviously different for every man. Some of this depending size of person and their actual position of your prostate. Speaking about Anatomy, its roughly in the same location for most men. If your like me and over 50. You get that lovely five minutes with your Doctor each year. One thing this visit does do is give me an idea on where exactly my prostate is.

Lets Look for the Prostate

The prostate is a close to walnut-sized gland located between the bladder and the penis. The prostate is just in front of the rectum. Roughly around 4 inches past the sphincter. The urethra runs through the center of the prostate, from the bladder to the penis, letting urine flow out of the body. The prostate secretes fluid that nourishes and protects sperm. this is why when prostate swelling or other prostate issues, it becomes very hard to get and maintain an erection.

Milking or Massaging of the Prostate

This is easier done by a partner but it isn't always convenient or in some cases something your partner is not willing to do. In those cases a prostate massager is a great alternative. If its your partner massaging we suggest placing yourself on your hand and knees or bent over a table will work just as well. Feeling from the outside. The perineum is firmer near the front of the penile bulb, which is the inner ending of the shaft. It feels softer and fleshier toward the back. This is the area you’re aiming for.You may not be able to actually feel the gland, but touching it will likely cause the sensation of needing to pee. This is a sign that you’re where you want to be — trust us! From the inside. It feels like a fleshy bulb of tissue on the front wall of the rectal lining. It’ll feel different from the other tissue in there.

Now the actual stimulation part of prostate massage

If you’re the receiving partner

You’ll want to be as relaxed and aroused as possible, because it’ll make the experience easier and more enjoyable.

The whole poop-comes-out-of-the-butt thing gives some people a case of the heebie-jeebies even when it’s their own butt.

Remedy this by taking a shower and paying a little extra attention back there to get it squeaky clean. Some people like to use an enema before engaging in butt play, but it isn’t necessary.

Use the bathroom before getting started. Prostate stimulation can make you feel like you need to pee, and anal penetration can cause the sensation of needing to poop.

Even though you won’t actually do either, worrying that you might can interfere with your ability to let go and enjoy yourself. Knowing your bladder and bowels are empty can help.

Getting used to the sensation of having your prostate touched can help, too. Practice with an anal sex toy, like a butt plug, or your fingers.

Be sure to set the mood so that you’re turned on and primed for action. Light candles, watch porn, or engage in some good old-fashioned masturbation or foreplay to get there.

Finally, be sure to lube up real good. Applying a water-based lubricant will allow for easier penetration and make for some easy gliding if stimulating your prostate externally.

If you’re the giving partner

Cleanliness and safety are a must, even for the giver.

Cut and file your nails smooth to help avoid scratching or tearing the delicate skin in and around the anus.

Wash your hands thoroughly, even if you’re planning to use a condom over your finger to penetrate your partner. (Yes, you can do that if it makes you more comfortable.) For extra comfort, stuff cotton balls inside the condom or glove.

You can also get the party started in the shower together, which serves as foreplay and gets you both all nice and clean for the big show.

Techniques to try

You’ll probably need to try a few different moves and experiment with speed and pressure to find what feels best.

Here are some techniques to try, whether you’re using fingers or toys.

With your fingers

  • Come hither. Gently insert your lubed index finger into the anus and curl your finger upward in a “come hither” motion toward the belly button. Keep repeating the motion while gradually increasing your speed as the pleasure builds.
  • Doorbell. Rest the pad of your finger against the outside of the prostate and gently press as you would to ring a doorbell. Mix it up by using different pressure or holding the press for shorter and longer intervals to find what works. You can use the doorbell technique when penetrating the anus, too.
  • Circling. Use the pad of your finger and run it all around the prostate, circling your way around the entire perimeter of the gland. Change up the pressure and speed and continue with the combo that feels best, allowing the pleasure to build up.
  • Simulated vibration. Any move that feels good can be sped up to the point of feeling like a vibrator. This can be a little hard on the wrist after a while, so it’s best to save this kind of speed for when orgasm is close.

So your using a prostate massager?

There are tons of different looking and quality prostate massagers on today's sex toy market. Aneros was the one that started it all. they make a great massager with many models and sizes to choose from. Renegade Line by NSNovelties has a great selection of vibrating prostate massagers too. The great thing about a vibrating massager is it helps engage the sphincter with the vibration. the main thing is to find a toy that isn't too big. Its much harder for a beginner to push a larger prostate toy rather than one that has a smaller tip.

Conclusion

We hope this helps you with your exploration of the prostate. Regular massaging is both sexually fun and healthy for the prostate. Just make sure your being safe and only use massagers designed for anal play. Do your homework first. Start playing now and relax and have fun.
